I went back to my TOPS Group and found...I hear ya.. I went back to my TOPS Group and found I gained the 13 pounds I had dropped last year. I'm pretty frustrated too right now, but I know that not exercising is my biggest issue... i NEED to get off my butt and do it... really do it!! I lost some weight late last year..and then I went all crazy and gained it all back and then some..
